BPS is a Bulgarian registered limited company with two directors and it is based in Boyana, Sofia.

Michael has considerable experience in the property sector being the ex manager for several housing charities, based in Dorset, UK. He was proud to be an executive member of the Chamber of Trade and Commerce in Dorset and a member of Christchurch Rotary. Michael was also an internationally acclaimed philatelic dealer and was managing director of Wessex Philatelic Auctions (a public and web based auction house). He has considerable expertise in web based marketing, commerce and business.

Boya's extensive and diverse experience in business development, both in Bulgaria and in the UK, is complemented by her profound knowledge of the Bulgarian property market and the true expectations of the foreign buyers. Her people skills are important for developing excellent rapport with BPS' clients and helping them to find their dream property. Boya started her carrier as a scientist (MSc degree in Physics) but for the last decade has been involved in business and property development.

Our business ethos is to provide our clientele with a service that is based on the English business principal that the customers needs come first. Michael's own personal business interest is in rural tourism. BPS, are in the process of renovating desirable rural properties in various locations in Bulgaria. Renovation of these properties, are of the highest standard using English building values and quality at every point in the project. Considerable thought and care has gone into their renovation with the customers needs being paramount.

Although we are universal in our approach to property marketing and sales in Bulgaria, our speciality lies in rural property sales and development as BPS believes this is the next Bastian of property commerce in Bulgaria.
